Our Special Dress orthotic is made from a thin subortholon shell. The shell is then modified by cutting out the plastic in the center of the heel and the lateral side also is cut away. These othotics are reinforced with soft neoprene rubber. The 1/16 inch absorbafoam extension to the sulcus will fill the width of your patients shoes. These orthotics will offer your patients LA support and a modest amount of rearfoot varus control. They are flexible for different heel heights.
