Little Richie Brace The Little Richie Brace® is An alternative to traditional AFO therapy for the pediatric patient. Modeled after the successful Richie Brace® for adults, the Little Richie Brace® combines a custom balanced functional foot orthotic with a semi-rigid ankle brace.

Clinically Indicated for children age 1 to age 12 with the following:

Neuromuscular Conditions:
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Muscular Dystrophy
  • Ataxia
  • Hypotonia


    • Congenital Deformities:
  • Talipes equino varus
  • Talipes calcaneal Valgus
  • Tarsal coalition


    • Casting is Required. Please follow Richie Brace® casting instructions* and provide a mid-calf measurement of circumference. Or, use STS AFO casting sock
